Mobilizing educator experiences to inform education policy at the local, state and federal level

We are two educators with grade school children who are interested in learning more about K-12 public school educator experiences as they navigate the enduring crises of education, safety, and discrimination that are occurring in the United States. By documenting teacher voices and congregating for quarterly conversations, we hope to both elevate the everyday problems of our public school educators while advocating for better policies to address these issues.
